North East Property Investments is owned and operated by Josh Callahan, a lifelong Connecticut native and world traveler. No matter how far he’s been, no place is like home and Connecticut truly is his home.

Josh has had a lifelong fascination with design and quality. As the son of a carpenter and with both of his uncles in the construction business, he’s always been around real estate and construction learning about the business.

With a knack for investments and real estate, Josh bought his first property at 18. In his real estate endeavors he has shown extraordinary versatility, from remodeling old colonials to commercial and new home constructions.

The hard earned lessons of successful deals, connections, and friendships with local government, realtors, and material providers combined with his passion and skills makes Josh a uniquely qualified property investment consultant.
